Adam's career in music began during the fall of 1992 after joining his elementary school’s
concert band. His talents as an alto saxophonist would be developed over the course of the next
nine years. As a senior at Bishop Ireton High School in Alexandria, VA, he toured Germany and
Austria while serving as 1st chair Alto Saxophone in the school’s Wind Ensemble (directed by
the highly acclaimed Dr. Garwood Whaley). However, his true passion for music was developed
while DJing house parties as a student at Virginia Tech.
After graduating in 2005, Adam moved back to Northern Virginia and began studying under the
tutelage of a DC legend, DJ Dirty Hands. It was during this time that he began to hone his craft,
learning the value of bringing true artistry to the DJ booth. Today’s average DJ leaves a lot to
be desired. Song selections are inconsistent and transitions are sloppy, often rendering themselves
as effective as an iPod. Adam prides himself on mixing songs and genres both seamlessly and tastefully,
much to the delight of his audiences.
When Adam isn’t DJing he can most likely be found hitting the links. Adam is an avid golfer, and
competes in tournaments locally.
